Sublimation is one of the benefits experienced in the practice of yoga, meditation and any energy therapy.
It represents the transformation and refinement of the quality of energy through its movement internally. As a result, a higher frequency is generated.
Basically, all the density energy that translates into pain, heaviness, stiffness, discomfort, anxiety, anger, sadness, typical of transits of grief or trauma, are transformed into light.

In the channeling, I felt Sara very physically close. Throughout the process she said things that corresponded to experiences I had, pains and feelings in the body, trapped emotions , so much carried for so long. Until the channeling I did not realize how many things had remained inside that had not been expressed. Things arose that were very, very hidden, that my mind no longer even remembered, but it was liberating.
